Scalable Fonts for Dos?

Hello out there. With practically everyone at work jumping into the
desktop publishing lane, Fonts have become a major concern to our
users. I am curious to the various solutions to fonts. We have a
mixed bag of printers, postscript cards , font cards.and soft fonts.
Unfortuneately not everyone has Windows 3.1 (or even the hardware
to run it ;') where TrueType would be the solution. I am looking
for comments on DOS based scalable fonts. I believe there is a
package that provides Truetype fonts for Dos. I am curious to
speed, disk space, and hardware requirements. My main concern is to
provide scalable fonts to XT's on up that work under Wordperfect
5.1 an up for DOS. Any similar product would also be of interest.
Thank you for your time. Email responses would be great!!
					Thanks,
