I have a GVC FAX modem that has never been able to actually send/receive a fax. I contacted the software company that make the software (WINFAX) and found out from them that the microcode on the modem must be at least rev 3.0 (it's 2.9 now). The problem is that I can't find out how to contact GVC to buy the new EPROM. The place I bought the modem doesn't deal with them anymore, and the 800 number they used to have is gone. Does anyone out there know the phone number and/or address of GVC corp (I believe it is also called Cheval Corp)???? Thanks, Kent
