I think MSDOS floppy drives are physically incapable of reading AmigaDOS
disks.. A standard Amiga 3.5" disk contains 880K, as compared to MSDOS's 720K..
I know for a fact that an Amiga has no problem downgrading its drives to read
MSDOS format--I do it all the time when porting images and documents to the
IBM's at my college's computer lab. Wether the reverse is true, I find
unlikely.

Any Amiga can read DOS formatted disks at both 360K and 720K--The new high-end
Amiga workstations such as the Amiga 4000 have a 1.76 meg floppy built in as
standard, and can be used to read IBM 1.44 meg disks.

Your best bet would be to find an Amiga user to do it for you, rather than
searching endlessly for a DOS program to do the same task--There are an
abundance of cross-filesystem readers / writers for the Amiga.. CrossDOS is
just one of them, and is built into Release 2.1 and 3.0 of the Amiga operating
system.
