Could anyone direct me toward sources of information on programming joysticks? This is a topic that none of my programming books seem to care about. Actually, the ideal thing would be an already-prepared package similar to whiskers for mice. But just information on how to get the information that the stick is supposed to be sending (even very technical, like what signals each of the fifteen pins are sending) would be welcome. My problem is that I bought a fancy new joystick, which won't work with the programs that my old cheapie worked with. Please don't refer me to BASIC; I don't use that language. Reply by e-mail; I doubt this topic is of interest to enough other people to use up bandwidth. Andrew Lewis alewis@gibbs.oit.unc.edu lewis@unc.oit.unc.edu BITNET: lewis@unc
