I have been using the version of Superstore that comes with Dr Dos 6 for about
 
six months on a 386 notebook.  I had some about three times.  The first two  
times just running CHKDSK /f fixed everything.  The last time CHKSDSK /f 
truncated all files on the drive to just over 8k.  Still don't know what the 
problem is.  I have recently reinstalled it leaving 10MB uncompressed so far 
so good (only two weeks - with fingers crossed).  I don't see any slow down 
though.

With Windows your virtual memory file must be on a non-compressed drive  
otherwise it will goof things up.  Also a friend told me that you need to 
make sure and not crash during Windows session as this will also do strange 
things to your compressed drive.
