The PC cannot read Amiga format and I don't believe the Mac can either.  
All three machines, however, can read MSDOS formatted disks.  I'm not 
sure how to do it on the Mac (is it included in the OS?) but with the 
Amiga, you should get CrossDos.  It is a commercial package but is 
included with Workbench 2.1 and greater.  If you are not using Workbench 
2.1, let me tell you that it is definitely worth upgrading (or even to 
3.1).  

I believe there is also a shareware program on Aminet that lets the Amiga 
read/write PC disks.  I think it's called MessyDOS but I'm really not 
familiar with it.  

Of course, there is one minor inconvenience in using PC disks with the 
Amiga; you can only use 720K MSDOS disks if your Amiga doesn't have a 
high density floppy (ie: it is an 880K).
