Thank you, The company Consultron has produced two packages called respectively "CrossDOS" and "CrossMAC" which are file systems from the Amiga and gives it the ability to read/write PC/Mac disks. From version 2.1 (i think it was) of the Amiga operative system the crossdos package came with the machine. Or you could get a "normal" serial cable and a mac one and plug the two machines together. Then get a terminal program for each. "Z-Term" a shareware program for the Macintosh and "NComm" (or perhaps "Term") for the Amiga, make sure they talk at the same speed, 57600 is possibly a good one. Use the Zmodem transfer protocol to transfer a lot of files in one go. It's a lot slower than a network but it's cheeper than buying an ethernet card for the Amiga :) I should think http://www.jumbo.com can provide the necessary software.
