3 things I can think of off the top of my head.

1. Do an extensive test of your ram.  

2. Make sure your not using Windows for workgroups.

3. Run Dr.Watson and call Microsoft.  Make sure all the
   software you have in windows is registerd if you 
   do this, since I think all the serial numbers are
   recorded. (Dr. Watson take a snap-shot of the system)
