This is true, but I checked Ziff-Davis (the publisher of PC Mag and Comp.
Shopper, as well as a bunch of other mags) has a web site and this info is
nowhere to be found.  I also sent them email requesting their information on
all of this.. no response!

Much larger survey base, perhaps.  But if you monitor any of the computer
groups, you will see bunches of messages of people asking for information
about some computer company... a web site with this info would be extremely
convenient, which is what I'm attempting to do.

Besides, netters have a whole seperate agenda and idea of what a computer 
system and company should be.  For instance all of the PC mags absolutely
INSIST that you need 16 Meg of RAM for any non-DOS apps, which is ludicrous.

Like I said before, I sent them mail and there was no response.  
Otherwise I would have incorporated this into my data.
