You want 22disk from Sydex. Just look for 22DISKxxx.ZIP. It's a PC programme
that reads an ungodly number of CP/M disk formats -- even 8"-ers. To run
compiled applications, you'll want the companion 22nice, which emulates CP/M
rather nicely (no pun...).
