MAC Printer to IBM. Please HELP

Is it possible to use MAC printers with an IBM (386/486)
 (Windows 3.1/3.11) computer?

Printers details:

1. Deskjet:     Hewlett Packard DeskWriter, RS 422 A
2. Deskjet:     Style Writer II (connects same way as above, so probably RS
422).
3. Dot-matrix:  Image Writer II (RS 422)

All printers have the 8-pin mini-circular, different from IBM,
connectors. Can I just change the connector and plug the printer
into IBM? What about drivers? Please help.
