I'm looking for a *COMPLETE* version of the UNIX make and RCS utilities that
will run on a MSDOS machine (from the command line).  Is there a GNU make
and/or RCS available?  If not, is there a commercial product available?  If
you have any information regarding this, please send e-mail or call me at the
number below.
