Building my own BIOS

I'm thinking of building an XT bios using the XT BIOS Kit from Annabooks.
This is for an embedded system we're developing at work based on an Ampro
machine running with a V40.

Has anyone used this BIOS kit? I would sure appreciate any comments about
it.

Thanks!
