How to create WordPerfect .WPG files?

I want to include vector graphic output in a word perfect 
document. This is possible using e.g. HPGL files, but the output
is not satisfactory (line widths, etc.). So I would like to create
.WPG files directly.

The WordPerfect developers toolkit costs DM 150,- (about $100) here
in Germany, and I really don't want to spend that money just to 
get to know the file format.

I'd be very grateful for any information on the .WPG format.
