SOURCER from V Communications (800) 662-8266 is the best disassembler I have ever used. With the BIOS preprocessor it has lots of info on the rom bios, including names of bios data areas. It will comment code as it disassembles and does a good job labeling DOS and BIOS interrupt calls. Check it out - it may be what you want.
