Interrupt-Driven COM Buffer?

#200

I am looking for WORKING source code to initialize a com port,
establish input & output buffers, and assign interrupt vectors
to functions handling push & pop operations to the stacks. My
attempts to do this by hand (including copying "working" code
from a book) have failed.

I need Turbo-C or MASM source code. Thanks!
