My advice is to get Turbo C++ 2nd edition used over the net. Hell, I'll sell
you my old copy. It works fine on 8086 or 08286 machines with no need for
extra memory. I bought Borland C++ 3.0 (and got the 3.1 upgrade), so there
is no license problems if you choose to purchase my copy. Let me know
if you're interested via email.
BTW, I didn't know that Turbo C++ 3.0 requires XMS! Is that for the windows
extras?
