Apparently my last posting was eaten, so I'll try again. I apologize if I'm duplicating the posting though... I'm stuck with a bunch of third-rate sound cards that I absolutely have to write some software for (I know I should just use SoundBlasters, but...). These things are manufactered by Commodore (I think) and are called "CBM Voice Cards" (they're used in the CBM clones we've got). The cards come with a little bit of software that demonstrates they actually can be used as a voice synthesizer, or a reasonable audio card for replaying digitized sound. However, they have minimal docs beyond "The CMB Voice Card is compatible with the Covox Speech Thing and the Parallel Port DAC." So, does anyone have any info or know where I can get info regarding software interfaces for the "Covox Speech Thing" or a "Parallel Port DAC?" I would appreciate almost any help at this point.... -Roy Wood
