How to slow down and speed up the rate of CMOS clock in IBM PS/2 ?
This is badly needed for implementing network time synchronization protocol.
I have played with writing/reading to CMOS clock ports documented in
IBM PS/2 Technical Reference. I was able to slow down the clock by over 500%
I was unable to speed it up at all.
I need to be able to slow it down and speed it up by 5 to 20%.
500% is too drastic.
