Does anybody know of a good cross macro assembler for the motorola 6805 ?

Try Motorola's PASM05.  It's *supposed* to be 100% with all thier older
6805 assemblers that ran on thier 68xxx boxes.  We beta-tested PASM05
last year and had fairly good results although we never heard if they
went into production with the thing.
