I'm looking for a BGI driver for HPGL plotters and/or HP lasers to use with Turbo C. Can anybody give me a pointer? I'd prefer PD source, of course, but shareware or commercial is OK too. ------- INTERNET: cross%astroatc.uucp@cs.wisc.edu

Can anybody give me a pointer? Yes (but not a recomendation, as I'm just copying from a catalog). "Baby Driver is a linkable function library that allows a graphics application to print from the screen or from in-memory bitmaps. It currently supports over 175 dot matrix, inkjet, and laser printers . . . Baby Driver works with virtually any graphics environment and includes explicit support for . . . Borland's BGI for C and Pascal . . ." List price is $250 ($1500 if you want source). This software is also available via Programmer's Connection (a mail order firm), 7249 Whipple Avenue NW, North Canton, Ohio, USA 44720, 800-336-1166 (voice, USA), 800-225-1166 (voice, Canada), 216-494-3781 (voice, everywhere else), 216-494-5260 (FAX). They charge $199, or $1199 for source. The quote is from their catalog. Ithaca Street Software is at 1145 Ithaca, Boulder, CO 80303, 303-494-8865 (voice), 303-494-7802 (fax), 303-494-8868 (BBS). > INTERNET: cross%astroatc.uucp@cs.wisc.edu Paul S. R. I'm not speaking for any company, theirs or mine; I'm just speaking my mind.
