I'm running an IBM RT desktop with BSD 4.3-AFS. When I try to
upload (using rz) to it via a serial connection at 9600 baud, I get a
screen full of error messages (ays16: overrun error and cbuf full) after
the first 200k of file transfer. From the transmitting end, transfer
continues normally as the error messages scroll by on the RT console.
However, when the transmitter reaches the end of the file, it backs up
and begins retransmitting the section of the file following the first
error message (i.e. everything after the first 200k). The error
messages take longer to appear for slower speeds (i.e. after 400k has
been transmitted for 1200 baud connections).
Does anyone know what's up? If so, please let me know how to fix
this problem.
thanx,
Sam
