OLD RT hard disks--for ibm pc?

I have a few old rt hard disks (40 and 70 megs). We no longer have rt's
and I would like to use them for an IBM 386. I think those disks are
ESDI. Is that so? How can I use them on a 386? How much would a
controller cost?
Thanks, reply by e-mail
