The "AIX Communication Handbook" (red book) proclaimes that: (page 260) "NFS system servers are easy. Basically [...] when new client hosts are added to the network, update the /etc/exports to allow those clients to access the file systems on the NFS server" It simply does not work. New entries are ignored. Am I forgetting about something? It may be that my problem is trivial, but I can not figure out what is happening. In addition it seems that there is no manual for NFS on our continent.
