I am running AIX2.1.2 on a desktop RT. I have been
using ate as my terminal emulator/communication 
program. 

I want to use ate in a window from X-Windows. However
when I give a connect command, it seems to lock up
the shell. It could be that it is unable to set the 
terminal type correctly. In any event, nothing shows
up.

Does any one have a solution to this or have any other
emulator program?
