Subject: FORSALE: 286/12 EGA 40Meg
Message-ID: <CMM.0.90.2.718832904.lim@shadow.cs.columbia.edu>

286 12 MHz (actually 13.6 MHz due to 0 wait)
- Pheonix BIOS
- 1 meg memory
- 40 MB Segate ST 251-1 HDD (28 ms access time)
- Western Digital floppy/fixed disk controller
- 1.44 Meg floppy drive (also 1.2 Meg is there, but errs now and then)
- imTEC 1453M1 14" EGA color monitor (0.31mm dot pitch)
	- text (green) & color switchable
	- Note: Aged and the contrast has gone weak. When you first turn
it on, it will be sick for about 3-5 mins, and then gradually it
will "heal" itself and deliver a sharp contrast.
	  Excellent EGA colors.
- EG-3000 EGA adapter card w/ 256K
- Anchor 2400 baud external modem (100% Hayes compatible)
- PC Mouse (the original 3 button PC mouse, MS compatible, softwares, manuals)
- 101 keyboard
- 1 parallel and 2 serial ports
- 8 expansion slots (some already occupied)
- 200 Watts power supply
- cables: everything you need plus more (like 6' parallel printer cable, 9-15
	pin converter)
- plastic tower stand. I used it to stand my computer on its side.
- original software and manuals are all there: Setup 286, DM disk manager,
EG-3000 EGA utilities w/ tech manual, PC Fullback (w/o manual),
DOS 3.1 (w/o manual), Zen Professional package (spread sheet, word
processor, data base), Tetris (w/ manual!)
- Also, the hard disk is filled with sharware softwares (games, gifs, gls,
bible, pianoman, globe, EGA CAD tools, emacs, kermit, pc magazine
power tools, and about 30 meg more of other goodies and surprises)

Suggested bidding range: $400 to $600 plus Shipping.
