286 w/NEAT, Award BIOS, RAM recognition problem

As I recall there is a magic keyboard incantation that one must use when
adding RAM to a 286 box with Award bios and NEAT chipset in order for the
set-up to 'take'.  Can anyone out there refresh my memory on what that
incantation is?
