 I've also had problems with CDW. The salesman was real pleasant while
 taking my order for a US Robotics 14.4 sportser w/fax. But when the
 modem was sent to my PO BOX (which UPS will not deliver to) then he
 re-sent two more, charging my VISA for all three (which nearly
 exceeded my limit at the time). He also said he'd send the stuff UPS
 RED at no extra charge but one of those three VISA charges was a few
 dollars more than the other two. When I looked at the invoice I
 noticed that he had in fact charged me for the next day delivery.
 When it came time to credit my VISA they credited me for the two
 standard deliveries so the one I paid was for the UPS RED. This was
 my first and probably last time ordering stuff from them. When I
 called to talk to the salesman about the problem he never returned my
 call. When I was originally ordering the modem he had returned
 several calls.
