I fixed image indentation and did some other minor updates to
boo2pdf.  If you preprocess using IBM's transmogrifier utility on
Windows, the results are excellent.  Unfortunately this util does not
run well in Wine on Linux so I can't script it in to the web service.

(clone or click snapshot to get a .tar.gz).  Unless you are well
versed in Linux, you will probably want to use the web service
http://ps-2.kev009.com:8081/boo2pdf or send me your BookManager
collection to assimilate into my site.
