IBM PC DMA Controller

Hello everybody.
Does anyone out there have an online copy of the data sheet for the DMA
controller used in the IBM PC ? I think this is an Intel 8237 (the number
may be wrong here but the idea is the same).
We did have a real paper copy here but have lost track of it. The information
I need is the method of telling the controller the memory address at which to
start a DMA operation. I think the registers for this are at I/O ports 0x00 to
0xFF, but I'm not certain and don't know which of these are used.

Thanks,

Murff....
