 I haven't found any problems yet. The P54SP4 is fast and reliable.
I've been using it with OS/2 Warp for about 3 weeks. 

Specs:

Pentium 75/90/100 supported (50/60/66 MHz motherboard clock). Should
support others as they arrive.

256K/512K/1Meg L2 cache

Four 72-pin SIMM slots (parity or non-parity RAM). Up to 128 MB.

On board dual enhanced IDE (mode 3 via CMD 640B), dual 16550, 
2.88 MB floppy, enhanced parallel, and connector for case-mounted PS/2
mouse port.

Award system BIOS.

NCR SCSI BIOS in the system BIOS supports optional PC-200 busmastering
PCI SCSI adapter.

3 ISA/1 shared ISA+PCI/3 PCI - All PCI slots are busmastering capable.

Comes with flash BIOS upgrade utility, and CMD 640B drivers diskette  
(including OS/2 2.1 driver, which you should replace with the new
ATAPI compliant drivers CMD drivers). You must use CMD drivers if both IDE
controllers are to be used (OS/2 drivers can't properly handle CMD 640B).
