Hi everyone ! I need help on deciding which chip to buy !

I just bought a 486DX-33 Mhz , I'm thinking of upgrading to 66 Mhz
Which chip should I buy ? 486 DX2-66Mhz or Overdirve ?
What's the difference ?
Do i need extra socket ? my motherboard has only another free socket
for Weitek Math-Co.

If i buy the 486DX2-66Mhz , can i just pull out the existing 486DX-33Mhz
and relpace it with the 486DX2-66Mhz on the same socket??
What is the price for the chips ??

Thanks in advance !
