Intel Memory Board Query

I have just become the proud owner of a very unusual looking Intel
board. I am looking for any information I can about it, including:
what it is, what system(s) is it meant for, and how can it be used?

The board is a full-size PC-like card, with a very long length bus
slot connector, and is fitted with 2Mb of 1 x 256kb RAM. Various
narrow white stickers around the board are labeled as follows:

(C) Intel 86 PBA 149385-001 SNW86340 SSBC 386MEM020

If anyone recognizes this board, please indicate whether I can
get some documentation on it from intel, and if it has a name, or
product ID. Please respond by e-mail. Thank you!
