Yes, no, and due the math yourself. (j.k.)

The Ultra Pro can have 1MByte or 2MByte of Vram.  So with max memory it can 
do 800x600x24bit (800x600x3 = 1.37MByte) and 1024x768x15bit (1024x768x15/8
 = 1.4Mbyte), but not 1024x768x24bit (1024x768x3 = 2.25Mbyte).
