Have I got a deal for you =-). First, I don't work for Intel but I was
just looking for the same info and I am happy to pass along this info.

They provide a service called FaxBACK(tm). For the US and Canada, call
1-503-629-7576 or 800-525-3019. This is a 24-hour AUTOMATED service.
You will also need to have the telephone number of a local FAX machine
and a touch-tone telephone.

This service steps you through several levels of automated script. You
then enter the document numbers for the topics of interest. Next you
enter your local FAX machine number and POOF, the documents are
automatically FAXed to you. I just received information on the
SatisFAXtion 400/400e modem plus other documents related to the subject.
Information on other Intel products are also available.

The Intel Product Information service is: 800-538-3373 or 503-629-7354
Mon-Fri, 7AM-5PM Pacific time.

Automated support (24 hours, every day)

FaxBACK 503-629-7576 or 800-525-3019
Fax 503-629-7580 or 800-458-6231
Bulletin Board Serv 503-645-6275 (8-N-1, up to 14.4 KBPS)
CompuServe GO INTELFORUM (7-E-1)
