This is the first time I've used USENET, so forgive any mistakes.
I am very close to buying a 486/33 clone and I have a question
about the Intel chip. I can save $500 by purchasing the CYRIX 486
motherboard over the Intel one.
I think the Cyrix chip is 101Mhz and the Intel is 110Mhz
(landmark). I think that the savings are worth the risk to follow a
different path from Intel. As well, being Canadian the savings of $500
translates to 430 beers that I can enjoy in the future.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE INFORM ME !!!!!
Thanks,
Mike
