I  have been building a few Endeavour based systems recently  and 
have mislaid some of the cables. Can someone please confirm  what 
is provided with the motherboard. I *think* it is:

1 Endeavour Board
1 Plug in Vibra 'Socket'
1 Com 2 lead/plate
1 Com 1/Parallel Cable
1 Floppy Cable
1 IDE Cable ? or is it two??
1 Games cable
4 Vibra floppy disks and 1 manual floppy disk

Can  someone  please confirm? My main doubts are  about  the  IDE 
leads and Game cables.

4 VIBRA disks ? 

I only got 1 disk and none for the soundcard.  Are they availalbe
on-line anywhere or do I need to go back to my supplier.  This could
solve some problems I have with the line/mic in volume.
