Hi Shannon. I've been using At Ease in an undergraduate lab for about 6 months now. It works great but there are some limitations. Such as the inability to create folders or areas for specific users, delete alias from the document pages etc. The only option I have found (which didn't work - I specifically used At Ease because the users couldn't seem to handle the Mac without messing things up) is to use Save As from the file menu and save in a folder. The alias to the document still appears in the document menu however. Microsoft word for one does allow the creation of folders. Of course this doesn't disuade people from saving a document in say the Extensions folder. To protect against this I have made some of the folders invisible with ResEdit, such as the Extensions folder. If anyone does write you with a better solution please e-mail it to me. Thanks, John
