In a previous article, kayser@nssdca.gsfc.nasa.gov (Susan E. Kayser NSSDC/STX 301)513-1673) says:

I found the easiest way to do this is to add the "Date Long Now" (I think)
to the Work menu.  You do this by selecting COMMANDS... from the TOOLS
menu.  You scroll down and then select GLOSSARY ENTRY from the listing. 
Then, on the right side, you'll get a secondary listing of all the Glossary
entries.  Select the date you'd like from that list, then tell it which
menu you want to add it to (lower left area of the screen), then click add.
 Voila!  You'll have a Work menu if you told it to add to the work menu. 
Everything will be peachy from there.  Good luck!
