Hi there... I am trying to figure out how to make it that when a user selects the laserwriter (for example) from the chooser, the printer effects (located in page setup) will be unchecked. This is mainly for MS Word. I know that there is a set default box but when I check it everything is okay until someone selects another printer (say the desk writer). When they reselect laserwirter, the printer effects are once again checked... Is there anyway to stop that? Also, does anyone know of a very small init (sys 6 please) that can make it that the default printer is the deskwriter even if the previous printer selected was the laser? Thanks in advanced -- David Kim
