Now Util. ScreenLocker versus OzTeX

We have found that the ScreenLocker that comes with Now Utilities 3.0.2 
is imcompatible with OzTeX 1.41 and 1.42.  When ScreenLocker is on, OzTeX
is unable to find it's input files.  Has anyone else observed this?  Is
this
fixed in the new version (4.0) of Now Utilities?

Background info:  MacIIci with 20MB ram, 425 MB La Cie Disk and System
7.0.1 
                  with TuneUp 1.1.1.
