It seems like overkill for the task, but Dataviz' MacLink Plus
will do what you want. It also comes with a copy of DOS Mounter,
so you can just shove PC disks in and go.

Disclaimer: I do not work for Dataviz', but I do regularly use
MacLink Plus for text, word processing, and occasional graphics
transfers.
