Appleworks->WOrd or Appleworks->MacWrite translators/converters?

I know someone asked a similar question recently, but mine is slightly
different:

I seem to recall seeing a Claris translator to convert from Appleworks
to MacWrite II. I checked the MacWrite installation disks and they
don't come with one of these, so I don't know where this is
available. Anyone know?

Barring that, does anyone have any other conversion programs
from Appleworks to Mac stuff (pagemaker or AFE would be ok too).

I checked archie and mac.arcive.umich and didn't see anything.

Thanks much.
