Is Now Up-To-Date better than others?

Now Software has been sending me a steady stream of offers to buy Now
Up-To-Date v2.0.

Does anybody have experience with this software and know if it is better
than other tools like

I am mostly interested in scheduling features and alarms features (hence
the comparison to the two products listed above).

I am a personal information manager (PIM) software junkie, so if Now
Up-To-Date is better I will most definitely switch my allegiance from
Easy Alarms to Now (although I think Easy Alarms is a fabulous product).

Thanks,

Barry
