You're looking for:

/mac/system.extensions/cdev/flashit2.2.cpt.hqx
  65 8/26/91 BinHex4.0,Compact1.3

Like DA/CAMERA, this one lets you get screendumps of any Mac
screen (including ones where the menus are down) by installing a
couple of appropriate "hotkeys".. one to dump the screen to the
clipboard, one to dump to a file (on the fly), one to dump
straight to the printer.. other definable features.
Other screen snapshot capture tools: Artisto, Camera, Scope
   (now System 7 compatible)

and you can find it on the macintosh archive site >> mac.archive.umich.edu <<
(and there's a faster, closer Austrailian (sp?) mirror for you, as well...
"archie.au"). To find a copy of our index, it's in the 00help directory
as the file "index.txt". And if you want to be put on our recent files
mailing list (tell your non-Usenet-endowed friends about it, we can
mail them the list!), drop me a note at
"mac-recent-request@mac.archive.umich.edu"....

hope that helps!
