Does anyone have a way to export *entire* documents from Pagemaker 
into Microsoft Works? ... I can export individual stories, one at a time, 
but not the whole thing. I expect to have to do some manual reformatting
afterwards, but the only way I have at the moment is to create individual 
chunks onto disk or to the scrapbook, and then reassemble them - a real pain.
