I had posted a note requesting information about AccessPC:

In particular, I want to write with MicroEmacs on a Classic 2/40. After
receiving several positive replies, I went ahead and bought AccessPC and
it works as desired. Thanks to the following for their input:

Now I have another question. DOS text files require <CR><LF> whereas Mac
text files require <CR> only (the <LF> shows up as a blank line when I
edit on my mac, a text file that was written out on a PC.) Is it
possible to work around this irritant directly with AccessPC, that is,
not have to add/delete <LF> depending on the platform?
