Moving tables from Ventura Professional on PC to Pagemaker on Mac

My sister is working on a book containing about 50 tables in it. The tables
have been created using Ventura Professional Extension on a PC, but have to
put moved into Pagemaker on a Mac. Any idea how she can do this, short of
including the tables as EPS files?
