Metamorphosis Pro is very good too.  It will convert from Type 1, Type
3, TrueType, PC for Windows (ATM), and Next Computer fonts to all of the
just mentioned formats, if you can get PC or Next fonts on your Mac. 
Very easy to use, very sophisticated.  (It will even search your
printer`s hard drive for postscript fonts, if it can't find a font on
your mac!)  About $200, I think.
