I also use MacDraw Pro's Publish and Subscribe, and find it works fairly well. It works well when publishing MD objects to other MD documents. I do have difficulty doing one thing that I cannot blame on MD P&S, but would be very open to suggestions on workarounds! I frequently develop courses where I prepare slides using the MacDraw Pro slide tool in landscape mode. I then prepare handouts for these courses in Microsoft Word, where I paste in the MD object, reduce it 50% so it fits on a portrait-formatted page, and surround it with text. Publish and subscribe does update the Word documents. Unfortunately, Word does not seem to retain knowledge that the object was reduced, so, after a P&S update, the Word document now has a landscape-mode slide that fills the entire page and extends across the right page edge. This isn't MacDraw's problem. Is there any way to force Word to retain knowledge that an object subscribed to needs to be reduced? I recognize PowerPoint does have an integrated handout facility, but I want the additional features of Word and MacDraw Pro. Howard
